Our rental package includes design, fabrication, graphics production, logistics, shipping, installation, and dismantle. The package also includes project management and coordination with the venue. Our goal is to handle the booth execution so your team can focus on presentations and conversations.
Installation and dismantle are scheduled through the show’s exhibitor manual and floor plan deadlines. We coordinate these details for you, including labor orders and setup timing. Your booth is installed before the show opens and dismantled after the event closes.
We ship your booth from our facility to the advance warehouse or directly to the venue. From there, it is moved to your booth space by the official freight handling team. We manage these logistics using our own fleet of trucks so the booth arrives on time and at the right location.
Booths must allow accessible entry and safe movement for all visitors. This includes appropriate counter heights and clear walkways. Our designs follow venue and ADA guidelines so your booth remains compliant and accessible.
Ideally, start the booth planning process 6-8 weeks before the show. This gives enough time for booth design, graphic development, approvals, and production. Early planning also helps you avoid rush costs and ensures your booth is ready well before installation begins.
